CANCELLED Shropshire Veggies and Vegans Christmas Party CANCELLED

Thank you to everyone who replied to Malcolm's email by 6pm on Wednesday and to all those who had responded previously. In the end we decided that there wasn't enough people definitely coming to make it worthwhile hiring out the venue and holding the event. We cancelled our booking of the Coalbrookdale Community Centre for Saturday.

Thanks to those who said they would come and bring a food / drink contribution to the party. We are sorry to disappoint them.

We are very disappointed that the event isn't going ahead. This event was a long time in the planning and the date was set last year. We consider it to be our top event of the year. Previous Christmas Parties have been very successful.

Anyway, hopefully, we will have a good turn out for our next event which should be really good fun. We will be playing Skittles at the Shakespeare Inn in Bridgnorth on January 27th 2008. See our event guide for more details.

The Community Centre is opposite the Hiscocks Store which is now a vacant building and opposite to the road leading to the Enginuity Museum. Plenty of parking spaces in the Community Centre grounds at the back.
